A larger-than-life arts and culture figure whose artistic output and influence were felt across the world in both music and theatre, Canadian singer-songwriter, composer and actress, the late Salome Bey, was affectionately known as “Canada’s First Lady of the Blues.”

In 2005, she was made an honorary member of the Order of Canada. In 2021, she was inducted into Canada’s Walk of Fame. We are honoured to have played a small part in showcasing Salome Bey’s legacy through website design and development.
