The African and Caribbean Council on HIV/AIDS in Ontario (ACCHO) reached out to See Girl Work to support their Linking Lives to Care campaign, a vital initiative focused on increasing HIV/AIDS awareness and providing critical resources to the African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) communities in Ontario. With high HIV rates affecting these communities, ACCHO needed a way to deliver clear, accessible information that would engage and empower individuals while promoting important prevention strategies and care resources.
The ask was to develop a series of dynamic, mobile-responsive landing pages that would serve as a central hub for ACCHO’s advocacy efforts. These pages would need to present a range of content, including textual information, statistical data, research findings, images, and downloadable resources, in an engaging and easily navigable format. The goal was to ensure that visitors could access important information quickly, understand the gravity of the issue, and be encouraged to take the next steps toward care and support.
In addition to the core content, ACCHO requested that the pages be visually appealing and designed with intuitive navigation to make it easy for users—especially those accessing the site from mobile devices—to find what they needed. The site had to offer a seamless, user-friendly experience that would help ACCHO’s campaign reach its full potential and make a positive impact on the ACB community’s awareness and engagement with HIV care.
